Senior Distributed Systems Engineer (Go / Rust)

Full-Time / Permanent • Kochi, India / Hybrid or Remote

Design and implement low-latency backend systems, event-driven streaming nodes, and containerized microservices. You will build high-throughput data sync channels using Apache Kafka and Change Data Capture (CDC) architectures.

Requirements:

5+ years of production experience in Go or Rust.
Deep understanding of concurrent data models, lock-free queues, and network protocols (gRPC/HTTP3).
Experience setting up CDC logs (Debezium/Kafka) and optimizing transactional SQL schemas.
Strong systems engineering background (Linux system APIs, memory allocation limits).

Security & Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Full-Time / Permanent • Kochi, India / Hybrid or Remote

Architect secure virtual private cloud (VPC) network boundaries, automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, and deploy container meshes in production Kubernetes clusters. You will write zero-trust access controls and CSP filtering systems.

Requirements:

4+ years building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform.
Expertise in Kubernetes container orchestration, service mesh routing (Istio), and ingress firewalls.
Deep familiarity with OWASP Top 10 security audits and OAuth 2.1 / DPoP token setups.
Experience configuring automated vulnerability scanners (SCA/SAST) in CI/CD pipelines.

Frontend Systems Engineer (React / TypeScript)

Full-Time / Permanent • Kochi, India / Remote Optional

Construct high-performance, minimalist user interfaces using Next.js, pure CSS modules, and custom React states. You will optimize rendering paths to achieve 100/100 Lighthouse metrics and ensure strict WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance.

Requirements:

4+ years engineering complex single page applications (SPAs).
Expertise in vanilla CSS, CSS Grid, and prefers-reduced-motion animation constraints.
In-depth knowledge of focus management, keyboard-navigation loops, and semantic ARIA states.
Experience diagnosing and resolving hydration delays and layout shift bottlenecks (CLS/LCP).
